We're looking for talented, career-driven stylists who are passionate about luxury hair services and want to maximize their earning potential.

Qualifications:

Active Arizona cosmetology license required2+ years of professional salon experience preferredStrong skills in color, blonding, balayage, and stylingHair extension experience is a plus — we provide advanced trainingStrong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-first mentalityPassion for continuing education and professional developmentSALON ASSISTANTS

RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on your position and experience:

Provide exceptional luxury client servicePerform or assist with hair color, blonding, balayage, glossing, and stylingPerform or assist with extension installation and maintenanceSupport client consultations and personalized hair care recommendationsMaintain professional salon standards, cleanliness, and organizationWork collaboratively to ensure every client receives an outstanding experienceParticipate in ongoing education and skill developmentBENEFITS & COMPENSATION
