What you'll do

Deliver precision haircuts, color, and advanced treatments tailored to each client
Build genuine relationships with clients through active listening and expert consultations
Recommend retail products that complement clients' home care routines
Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace that meets industry standards
Collaborate with fellow stylists to keep the floor running smoothly and positively
Engage in ongoing education and share knowledge with the team
Champion the culture and creative spirit that makes The Hurley Co. distinct

What you bring

3+ years of hands-on experience as a licensed stylist
Strong technical skills across cuts, color, and specialty services
A client-first mindset and natural warmth
A professional, positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a team environment
Openness to continued education and staying current with trends and techniques
