Pearl Glow Aesthetic Spa & Salon is looking for a talented, professional, and friendly Licensed Cosmetologist / Colorist to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who is confident and experienced in hair color, highlights, balayage, and professional hair treatments, while also providing beautiful cuts and styling.
The ideal candidate is passionate about healthy, beautiful hair, provides excellent customer service, and is excited to build and grow their clientele with our salon.
Responsibilities
Hair color and root touch-upsHighlights, balayage, toners, and glossesProfessional hair treatments and restorative servicesRecommend treatments based on each client’s hair condition and goalsWomen’s haircutsWash, blowouts, styling, and finishingConduct thorough client consultationsWork confidently with a variety of hair types and texturesMaintain a clean and professional work areaProvide a welcoming, high-quality experience for every clientQualifications
Valid Texas Cosmetology License requiredStrong hair coloring experience preferredExperience with professional hair treatments preferredExperience with highlights and balayage preferredStrong understanding of hair health, damage, and treatment recommendationsHair cutting and styling experienceProfessional, dependable, and punctualFriendly with strong communication and customer service skillsComfortable working with a variety of hair types and texturesMust be willing to work as part of a teamWeekend availability preferredWhat We Offer

We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Scheduling can be flexible based on availability, with opportunities for additional days and hours as our clientele continues to grow.
