Responsibilities
Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions tailored to each client's preferences.Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations.Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips to enhance client satisfaction.Upsell salon products and additional services to maximize client experience and salon revenue.Foster strong relationships through effective communication skills and attentive client consultation to ensure repeat business.Experience
Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or barber with a solid portfolio of work showcasing diverse styles.Knowledge of color theory, hair coloring techniques, and the latest trends in hair styling.Skilled in hair care treatments, including nourishing treatments and the application of hair extensions.Experience working with various hair types and textures while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.Ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively within a team environment.Certification in Cosmetology or Barbering is required; additional training in nail care or makeup is a plus.Embark on a rewarding career where your talent makes a difference!
