Compensation & Schedule

Starting commission: 35% in your first year
Growth potential up to 45% commission
10% retail commission (upon meeting benchmarks)
Hourly pay at minimum wage for training, meetings, or when commission doesn’t exceed hourly

What We’re Looking For

Active Oregon Hair Design license
Proven experience behind the chair
Professional, reliable, and guest-focused
Strong communication and teamwork skills
