Rosalie Grace Hair & Color Studio is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, passionate hairstylist to join our team in beautiful Carefree, Arizona.
We are an established Aveda salon dedicated to exceptional guest experiences, continuing education, professionalism, teamwork, and building long-term careers—not simply filling chairs.
We are looking for a stylist who wants to become an active part of the Rosalie Grace team and contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the salon while building a successful career of their own.
Please note: Rosalie Grace is an employee-based salon. This is a W-2 commission position. We do not rent chairs or stations.
This opportunity is best suited for an established stylist with an active clientele who is ready to grow in a professional Aveda salon environment. We also welcome talented, experienced stylists who may still be building their clientele and are prepared to invest the time and effort required to develop lasting guest relationships and grow their business.

Current Arizona Cosmetology LicenseProfessional salon experienceExperience with cutting, coloring, highlighting, and stylingAveda experience strongly preferredExisting clientele preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work professionally within a team environmentWe also welcome experienced stylists who are actively building their clientele and are motivated to grow through developing relationships, engaging new guests, and retaining existing salon clientele.
