In this role, you will provide exceptional hair services to clients while creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Your expertise in hair styling, along with your ability to mentor junior stylists and assist with front desk operations, will contribute to the overall success of our salon. If you have a flair for creativity, a minimum of 5-7 years active experience, and a commitment to client satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients, answering phones, and managing retail sales.
Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Handle retail math effectively to manage sales transactions accurately.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in various hair styling techniques including.
Fun and outgoing personality a must!
Knowledge of retail sales practices and ability to engage clients in product recommendations.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon environment.
A passion for beauty trends and continuous learning within the industry.
