**Who We’re Looking For**

* 1+ year of professional lash experience (extensions, fills, lifts, and tints)
* Passionate about delivering a **luxury guest experience**
* Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
* Growth-minded with a desire to **continuously improve your craft**
* Available for **peak demand shifts (evenings + weekends)**

**What You’ll Do**

* Deliver **high-quality lash and brow services** (extensions, lifts, tints, refills)
* Create a **personalized, relaxing experience** for every guest
* Educate guests on **aftercare and retail products**
* Build and maintain a **loyal clientele through rebooking**
* Promote **memberships and retail** to maximize results and income
* Maintain a **clean, organized, and professional workspace**
* Stay current with **industry trends and techniques**

**Requirements**

* Active **Texas Cosmetology or Esthetician License**
* Proven experience with eyelash extensions
* Strong **consultation and communication skills**
* Detail-oriented with a strong artistic eye
* Consistent attendance and professionalism

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
