Experienced Esthetician | Luxury Skin & Aesthetics

Salon 695 is seeking one experienced esthetician to help grow the skin and aesthetics side of our established luxury salon.

We are looking for a seasoned professional who is passionate about skin health, visible results, exceptional client care, and building a long-term career in an elevated salon environment.

Compensation

Our compensation structure is designed to reward experience, performance, retention, and growth.

$30–$40/hour equivalent earning potential based on service production
Competitive service commission
Retail commission
100% of client tips

Compensation may be customized for highly experienced candidates with an established clientele, advanced certifications, or medical-aesthetics experience.

Several years of hands-on esthetics experience
Strong consultation, treatment, and client-retention skills
Passion for skin health and visible results
Confidence recommending professional home care
Professional, polished, and client-focused
Self-motivated and comfortable building clientele
Interested in continuing education and advanced treatments
Looking for a long-term professional home

Advanced or medical-aesthetics experience is highly valued.
