Position Overview
This role is ideal for a licensed esthetician with one or two years plus proven experience who is confident working independently or as part of a team, delivering premium services, and building strong client relationships in a boutique studio environment.

Responsibilities
* Perform facials, deep cleansing treatments, and skin rejuvenation services as well all esthetician services not mentioned.
* Provide brow and lash services (brow shaping, lash lift/extensions) Training can be provided for the right candidate.
* Conduct client consultations and recommend treatment plans.
* Maintain sanitation and safety standards
* Support retail and product education
* Build repeat clientele through exceptional service
* Upsell services and aftercare products to generate revenues
* Support with training as required or needed
* Social media management of Lamoria's pages (posting before and after pictures)
* Reception and general studio day to day tasks including cleaning, opening, welcoming clients...

Qualifications
* Active Esthetician license (DC, MD, or VA — DC preferred)
* Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in aesthetics/spa environment
* Strong customer service and consultation skills
* Passionate about beauty inside out
* Professional appearance and communication
* Experience with brows, lashes, or advanced treatments is a plus
* Experience with waxing
* Teeth whitening or PMU exposure is a bonus (training available)

* Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
