Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide high-touch consultations and execute luxury cutting, advanced dimensional color formulation, balayage, and styling.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
Collaborate with a friendly, welcoming, and inclusive team of beauty professionals to uphold our stellar 4.8-star salon reputation.
Qualifications We Look For:
Experience: 5+ years of behind-the-chair experience with a confident foundation in modern cutting, advanced dimensional color formulation, balayage, or specialized techniques.
Licensing: An active, valid California Cosmetology License (Required).
Vibe: A friendly, growth-minded, and reliable professional who thrives in a clean-air, low-stress, and inclusive salon culture.
Portfolio: An active digital portfolio (Instagram handle or website) showcasing your recent hair transformations.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
