Job Description Overview At Blush, we believe luxury lives in the details. The Guest Experience Associate plays a vital supporting role in bringing this to life. This position works alongside our Bridal Coordinator and Salon + Spa Coordinator to ensure seamless daily operations while delivering a polished, thoughtful, and elevated experience for every guest who walks through our doors. The Guest Experience Associate is responsible for supporting the front of house and spa flow while enhancing the overall guest journey. What You’ll Be Doing May include, but not limited to: Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and a polished, luxury presence Anticipate guest needs and create thoughtful, personalized experiences Ensure seamless guest flow, including smooth check-in, transitions, and check-out Maintain a calm, elevated atmosphere throughout the spa and salon Support service providers with timing, readiness, and overall guest experience Drive revenue through intentional guest engagement, including recommending services, enhancements, and retail Answer phones, manage bookings, and confidently handle all guest inquiries Ensure all service areas are clean, stocked, and visually elevated at all times Prepare and reset treatment rooms and salon spaces to Blush standards Maintain cleanliness and organization across the front desk, spa, and shared spaces Support coordinators with daily operations, organization, and execution Assist with beverage service, light food offerings, and overall guest comfort Support product displays and uphold visual merchandising standards Assist with social media content capture as needed What You Need for this Position A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel valued A polished, professional presence with strong attention to detail A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise Strong communication skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment A team-first mentality with a willingness to jump in wherever needed An appreciation for luxury service, hospitality, and elevated experiences What’s in it for You Medical/Dental/Vision (Full-Time option) 401K with 100% match up to 3% (Full-Time option) Parental Leave Program (Full-Time Option) Robust Employee Assistance Program providing a wide range of services including up to 7 free counseling sessions per year Health and Wellness reimbursement up to $600 annually for items like massages, gym memberships, running shoes etc.
