Studio 3.1.6 Salon is seeking a licensed beauty professional to provide skincare, waxing, and/or lash services in our private treatment rooms.

You do not need to specialize in all three areas. We welcome applicants with strong skills in their specialty who are dependable, personable, and passionate about client care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform services within your license, training, and experience.
Provide consultations, explain services, and recommend aftercare.
Maintain a clean treatment space and follow sanitation requirements.
Encourage rebooking and build lasting guest relationships.
Collaborate with our salon team on referrals and promotions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Current Texas license appropriate for the services performed.
Experience in skincare, waxing, and/or lash services.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Portfolio or examples of work preferred.
Existing clientele welcome but not required.

COMPENSATION

Service-based compensation earned for each guest served, with the percentage or per-service rate agreed upon in writing before starting. Tips are additional. Applicable minimum-wage and overtime requirements will be met.

SCHEDULE

Part-time to start. Availability and scheduling will be discussed during the interview.
