Esthetician/Lash Tech

Job Overview

As an Experienced esthetician/Lash Tech, you’ll create welcoming, personalized beauty experiences through eyelash extensions and other aesthetic services. You’ll listen closely to each client, recommend suitable options, and maintain a clean, professional service area. Your impact: Thoughtful consultations and careful treatments help clients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their choices.

Duties

Provide eyelash extensions and other services within your training and scope of practice; follow sanitation and safety procedures.
Consult with clients, explain service options, and communicate aftercare guidance clearly.
Support guest services and front desk tasks, including scheduling through salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY.
Recommend relevant products, conduct product demos, and support retail sales and social media management as assigned.
Keep service areas, tools, and client records organized and ready for appointments.

Qualifications

Experience working in the beauty industry; cosmetology or esthetics training and med spa experience are valued. 3 years actual salon tech experience.
Strong customer service, client communication, and general communication skills, with a polished, welcoming approach.
Eyelash extension skills are central; familiarity with body waxing, chemical peels, dermabrasion is a plus.
Comission or room rental is available.
Looking for dependable, flexible and articulate individual who would be interested in taking over existing clients due to pending retirement.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
