What You'll Do
Provide exceptional waxing services using our exclusive Comfort Wax® Educate guests on products, services, and at-home care recommendations Build meaningful relationships that keep guests coming back Create personalized experiences that help guests feel comfortable and confident Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment suite Consistently deliver outstanding service while meeting performance goals Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture
What We're Looking For
Active Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required) Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude Strong communication and relationship-building skills Passion for beauty, skincare, and helping others feel their best Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Sales confidence and willingness to recommend products and services that benefit guests Weekend and evening availability is a MUST
