Esthetician / Lash Artist – Private Treatment Space (Eagle Rock, Los Angeles)
We’re a small, established salon in Eagle Rock looking to add an esthetician or lash artist to our space.
We’re offering a private treatment area within the salon, ideal for someone with an existing clientele who’s looking for a calm, low-overhead environment to grow their business.
About the space:
Private treatment room (approx 8x4 ft)
Cozy, efficient layout ideal for lash extensions, facials, or waxing
Quiet and tucked away from the main salon area
Set up with optional treatment bed, towel warmer and other high end extras

Bright, beautiful front space with tons of natural light
4 stylists (most fully booked)
Drama-free, respectful, tight-knit team
Relaxed, welcoming energy, not a high-pressure environment

Flexible rental options (part-time or full-time)

What we’re looking for:
Licensed esthetician in California
Lash artists, facialists, and waxing specialists encouraged to apply
Existing clientele preferred
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
Good energy! We value a calm, respectful space
Important to note:
This is a rental position and not a walk-in based role. Best suited for someone bringing their own clients, with room to grow over time.
$500-800 a month for full time, price depends on services offered.
$50-$80 a day for part-time.
