We’re seeking licensed Estheticians who are passionate about beauty, wellness, and client care. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we provide mentorship, advanced training, and a supportive environment where your career can flourish.
Duties
Perform esthetic services including lash & brow lamination, eyelash extensions, lash lift & tint, face waxing, and basic makeup application.
Provide simple mani-pedi services with foundational nail care knowledge.
Deliver exceptional client experiences with professionalism and consistency.
Maintain sanitation standards and follow Iowa licensing regulations.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, luxury salon environment.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport
Familiarity with sanitation protocols specific to lash application and beauty services
Excellent communication skills to educate clients on treatment options and aftercare instructions
