Responsibilities

Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to meet clients’ individual needs.
Perform body waxing and hair threading with precision and care to ensure client comfort and satisfaction.
Conduct esthetic laser treatments utilizing advanced technology to improve skin appearance and health.
Offer retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to help clients maintain their results at home.
Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients.
Use salon management software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently.
Stay current with industry trends and techniques to continually enhance your skills and provide innovative services.

Skills

Proven experience in esthetician services including facials, waxing, body treatments, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and makeup application.
Knowledge of retail sales strategies to promote skincare products effectively.
Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments and botulinum toxin procedures is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Ability to operate salon software like gloss genus for scheduling and record keeping.
Expertise in sanitation practices to ensure a hygienic environment for clients.
