The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare services, including facials, body treatments, and advanced procedures, while delivering outstanding guest experiences. A strong background in cosmetology, management skills, and excellent communication are essential to succeed in this position. Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser treatments.Administer advanced procedures such as dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatments in accordance with licensing regulations.Provide expert skincare consultations tailored to individual client needs and skin types.Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY.Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following health regulations.Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest services, scheduling appointments, and managing client inquiries.Conduct product demonstrations and upsell retail products to enhance client results and satisfaction.Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client success stories, and increase brand visibility.Support management with daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment.Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and continuing education opportunities.Experience Valid Cosmetology license required; additional certification in esthetic laser treatment or dermal filler administration is preferred.Proven experience in skincare treatments such as body waxing, facial procedures, eyelash extensions, and hair styling.Experience with advanced cosmetic procedures including Botox injections and dermabrasion is highly desirable.Familiarity with salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY is a plus.Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds.Previous experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and social media management is advantageous.Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within a spa or salon environment.
