At Woodhouse Spa Midland, we create a sanctuary for our guests to relax, recover, and transform. We are seeking a passionate, highly skilled **Licensed Esthetician** to join our team on weekends. As a Woodhouse Esthetician, you will deliver exemplary, high-end skincare treatments while guiding guests on their ongoing skincare journeys and elevating their overall well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Exemplary Service Delivery:** Perform customized facial and skincare treatments following signature Woodhouse protocols with precision and care.
* **Client Engagement & Sales:** Conduct thorough skincare consultations, understand guest needs, and recommend personalized home-care regimens and service upgrades to drive retail sales and client retention.
* **Brand Ambassadorship:** Serve as a true steward of the Woodhouse luxury brand, delivering warm, exceptional hospitality and a flawless guest journey from arrival to departure.
* **Sanitation & Compliance:** Maintain a spotless, serene, and organized treatment room in strict compliance with Texas State Board regulations and Woodhouse standards.
* **System Operations:** Utilize spa management software efficiently to review schedules, manage client notes, and track service history.
* **Professional Growth:** Actively participate in ongoing brand training and continuing education to stay ahead of industry trends and treatment innovations.

**Position Requirements & Qualifications**

* **Licensure:** Active **Texas State License** in Cosmetology or Esthetics (Required).
* **Availability:** Must be available to work **Fridays and Saturdays** (Required).
* **Sales Aptitude:** Strong ability to educate guests on retail products and recommend treatment add-ons/upgrades.
* **Experience:** 3+ years of experience as a Licensed Esthetician in a luxury spa or high-end setting preferred.
* **Clientele:** An established local clientele is a plus, though not required.
* **Soft Skills:** Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and a team-oriented mindset.
* **Reliability:** Punctuality, consistent weekend attendance, and adherence to company policies are essential.

**Physical Demands & Working Conditions**

* Ability to stand, sit, and bend comfortably for extended periods during treatment sessions.
* Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
* Capacity to perform multiple consecutive skincare services during scheduled shifts while maintaining energy and service quality.

Compensation: $17.00 - $40.00 per hour
