Provides a caring environment to all clients and staff members at all times Follows About Faces protocol when performing any skincare, waxing and/or make-up consultation or service Accountable to achieve key metric goals in Service Sales, Retail Sales, Pre-Booking and Client Retention. Other duties as assigned. Ability to gain knowledge of all retail products and assist clients as needed. On a regular basis, requires the ability to stand for long periods of time. The Esthetician will be required to manage a number of responsibilities at one time, and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of staff, visitors and clients.
