Please Note: This position is strictly for an established stylist with an active, loyal client base willing to travel to the Southport Corridor. We do not have the walk-in volume to build a book from scratch for a new stylist, and we respect your time too much to have you sit around waiting for clients.

Fuga Salon & Spa is an established, boutique salon in Lakeview's Southport Corridor. We're looking to meet seasoned professionals who just love doing hair and working with a supportive team.

Maybe your previous salon closed or you've moved to an independent studio and realized you’re tired of doing it all. If you're through with booking your own clients, doing laundry, or ordering color every week, Fuga Salon & Spa might be a good option for you.

We offer a warm, homey atmosphere with a team of professional stylists who have been collaborating together here for 10 and 20 years.

What Fuga provides:

Front Desk Support: Well-trained reception for greeting your guests, scheduling, and client checkout.
Assistant Support: A salon assistant on Fridays and Saturdays to help keep your day running smoothly.
Inventory & Overhead Covered: Joico color, retail, and backbar. We handle all ordering and expenses - no color fees or cc processing fees taken out of your pay.
Daily Maintenance: Full laundry services and salon upkeep are handled for you.
Client Amenities: Refreshments for your guests, including cappuccino, tea, and cookies.
Modern Booking: 24/7 online booking available for your clients.

Position Details:

Job Type: Full-time or part-time employment, but a standard schedule is preferred.
Hours: Open Tuesday-Saturday, with added availability around the holidays.
Compensation: W-2 Commission. We structure our pay to absorb all business overhead so you can maximize your take-home pay, and we fully support our stylists in raising their service prices to directly increase their income.
