Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with a mentor stylist to build skills in cutting, coloring, guest services, and more
Assist with salon operations including shampooing, blow drying, color application, and client care
Attend in-salon classes and advanced training sessions
Shadow experienced stylists and gain real experience behind the chair
Prepare for a smooth transition into a full-time stylist role upon completion
Skills
A recent cosmetology graduate or newly licensed stylist (required)
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Passion for delivering high-quality guest experiences
Willingness to receive feedback and take direction
