We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Electrolysis Specialist to join our innovative skincare and beauty team. In this role, you will provide expert electrolysis treatments, helping clients achieve smooth, hair-free skin through safe and effective hair removal techniques. Duties

Perform professional electrolysis hair removal treatments using specialized equipment to target unwanted facial and body hair with precision and care
Educate clients on the electrolysis process, aftercare, and maintenance to ensure optimal results and satisfaction
Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in strict accordance with health regulations and industry standards
Utilize salon software, including MINDBODY, to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process payments efficiently
Assist clients with complementary services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, dermabrasion, makeup application, nail care, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments as needed
Uphold high standards of sanitation and safety protocols during all procedures to protect client health and comfort
Stay current on the latest electrolysis techniques, industry trends, and certifications to continually enhance your skills

Experience

Proven experience in retail sales of beauty or skincare products is preferred but not required
Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetician specialties is highly desirable
Hands-on experience with electrolysis equipment and techniques is essential
Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms is a plus
Knowledge of additional beauty services including botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, makeup application, barbering, nail care, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and laser treatments will be advantageous
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
Commitment to sanitation standards and safety regulations in all treatments

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
