What we are looking for -

TUESDAY 12-8 / FRIDAY 7-3, 10-6, 12-8 / SATURDAY 8-4, 10-6, 12-8

💰 Earning Potential: $20–$31+ per hour (PLUS cash tips!)

We offer a clear growth path + multiple ways to increase your income:

Hourly Pay Progression

$12.00 starting
$12.50 at 6 months
$13.00 at 18 months

Commission Opportunities

10% on Product + Tool Sales(Products range from $14–$295 💸)
20% on Add-On Services(From $15 enhancements to $25 premium upgrades)
$5–$10 per Membership Sold(Barfly Single + Barfly Double = easy wins!)

💛 What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for stylists who are:

Passionate about blowouts, styling, and client experience
Excited to be part of a team-first, positive culture
Motivated to learn, grow, and elevate their skills
Ready to bring great energy to every shift

Requirements:

Active TN Cosmetology, Braider, or Barber License
Ability to work at least 2 shifts per week (Each shift is 8 hours)
Must work 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)

Valentine’s Day
CMA Fest (June)
CMA Awards (November)
Holiday Eves (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve)
