Director of Real Estate We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and relationship-driven Director of Real Estate to oversee and optimize the real estate economics of our growing franchise portfolio. This role is responsible for lease renewals, CAM charge oversight, new site leasing, lease data reporting, and long-term portfolio strategy. Serve as a trusted real estate advisor to franchiseesCollaborate cross-functionally to align real estate decisions with brand strategySupport franchisee communications regarding renewals, CAM charges, and leaseback opportunitiesParticipate in franchisee meetings, trainings, and escalations as neededData, Reporting & Process Improvement 7+ years of commercial real estate experience, preferably within franchising, retail, or multi-unit operationsStrong experience with lease negotiations, renewals, CAM reconciliation, and site selectionFinancial modeling and lease analysis expertiseExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Operations, and franchise partnersBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field preferredWhat Success Looks Like
