Manage the scheduling and booking of weekly desk rentals, ensuring optimal utilization of space Greet rental professionals and clients with friendly, professional customer service Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, payments, and cancellations using computer software such as Microsoft Office or QuickBooks Handle multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, confirm appointments, and provide information about rental services Coordinate with salon staff to ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and ready for each renter’s needs Process payments securely and keep detailed financial records for bookkeeping purposes Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and managing calendars for scheduling appointments or meetings Proven experience in front desk operations or office management within a salon or similar setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse clientele effectively Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support skills using multi-line phone systems Adept at data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and managing schedules with precision Knowledge of bookkeeping practices including payment processing and record keeping Experience with office tools such as calendar management software and typing quickly with accuracy Previous personal assistant or administrative support experience is a plus
