Continuously learn and improve hair styling techniques through on-the-job training and mentorship.
Assist senior stylists with salon tasks and appointments.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment.
Greet and welcome clients to the salon, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their hair services.
Recommend and suggest hair services and products based on client's hair type and desired look.
Educate clients on proper hair care and maintenance to maintain their desired look.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Adhere to all salon policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient salon operations.
Attend and participate in training and educational sessions to stay updated on current trends and techniques.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive reviews.
Act as a brand ambassador for the salon, promoting services and products to potential clients.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the salon in a professional manner.
