Assist experienced stylists with various tasks, including shampooing, blow drying, and applying color and treatments.
Learn and practice various hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques under the guidance of experienced stylists.
Participate in salon training programs and workshops to continuously improve skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and stocked.
Greet and engage with clients, making them feel comfortable and building rapport to create a positive salon experience.
Communicate effectively with clients, stylists, and salon managers to ensure smooth operations and successful services.
Embrace a positive attitude and willingness to learn, taking constructive feedback and applying it to improve skills.
Uphold high standards of professionalism, including punctuality, appearance, and adherence to salon policies and procedures.
