Greet and welcome guests to the salon with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Assist senior designers in providing excellent customer service by listening to and understanding the needs and preferences of each guest.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including styling stations, equipment, and products.
Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge in hair styling, makeup application, and other beauty services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the salon.
Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
Demonstrate creativity and attention to detail in all services provided, while adhering to company standards and guidelines.
Assist in promoting and selling salon products to guests, utilizing product knowledge and recommendations.
