We are looking for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and has a strong desire to grow and succeed as a stylist. If you are ready to kickstart your career as a designer and are eager to learn from experienced professionals, we want to hear from you!\n\nAttend training sessions to learn about salon and company policies, procedures, and services offered.
Assist senior stylists in providing high-quality hair services to clients.
Maintain a clean and organized work station to ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Greet and welcome clients, making them feel comfortable and ensuring their needs are met.
Learn and understand different hair types and textures, as well as various cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in the beauty industry.
Communicate with clients to understand their desired look and make appropriate recommendations.
Assist with booking and managing appointments, including confirming with clients and handling any scheduling conflicts.
Work with team members to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
Continuously seek feedback and guidance from senior stylists to improve skills and performance.
Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Uphold the company's standards of professionalism, customer service, and excellence in all interactions.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols.
Complete other tasks and duties as assigned by salon management.
