Join us and start your journey towards becoming a skilled and successful designer!\n\nAttend Training Sessions: Attend all training sessions and classes to learn the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry.\n\nLearn from Experienced Stylists: Work closely with experienced stylists to learn from their knowledge and expertise in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and other salon services.\n\nAssist with Salon Services: Assist stylists with various services such as shampooing, blow-drying, and applying hair treatments to gain hands-on experience.\n\nMaintain Cleanliness: Keep the salon clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing workstations and tools.\n\nKeep up with Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide the best services to clients.\n\nProvide Excellent Customer Service: Greet and welcome clients, assist them with their needs, and ensure a positive and enjoyable salon experience.\n\nPractice Safety and Sanitation: Follow proper safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe salon environment for clients and staff.\n\nEmbrace Feedback: Accept and apply constructive feedback from experienced stylists to improve skills and techniques.\n\nCollaborate with Team: Work collaboratively with the salon team to ensure efficient operations and provide support to fellow team members.\n\nDemonstrate Professionalism: Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times and adhere to company policies and standards.\n\nContinuously Learn and Grow: Show a willingness to learn and improve skills, and actively seek opportunities for growth and development within the salon.\n\nUphold Brand Image: Represent the JCPenney Designer In Training Salon with professionalism and uphold the brand image at all times.
