Greet and welcome clients to the salon, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.
Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including workstations, tools, and products.
Attend training sessions and actively participate in learning opportunities to develop skills and techniques.
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the health and well-being of clients and staff.
Assist with inventory management and product ordering to ensure adequate supply levels for services.
Promote and sell salon services and retail products to clients.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and make recommendations for services and products.
Continuously seek knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving salon operations and customer experience.
