Attend and participate in training sessions and workshops to learn new techniques and skills.
Assist senior stylists in performing hair and beauty services.
Observe and learn from experienced stylists in order to improve skills and techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Greet and welcome clients to the salon, making them feel comfortable and valued.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client bookings.
Keep up to date with current fashion and beauty trends.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
Take initiative in learning and developing new skills to become a successful stylist.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Handle all salon equipment with care and follow safety protocols.
Adhere to salon policies and procedures at all times.
Represent the salon and JCPenney brand in a professional manner.
Foster relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
