Duties
Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with stylists to optimize daily operations
Handle phone inquiries with courteous and clear communication, providing information about services and availability
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system for processing payments, product sales, and upselling opportunities
Assist with product demos, merchandising displays, and stock management to enhance client engagement
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, retail shelves, and product displays
Support retail sales by recommending products and promoting special offers to clients
Perform basic math for cash handling, balancing registers, and processing transactions accurately
Skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a bilingual environment if applicable
Strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation to handle inquiries professionally
Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math for smooth transactions
Supervising experience is a plus for managing daily front desk operations or assisting team members
Ability to perform upselling and product demos confidently to boost sales and client satisfaction
Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail sales strategies to create appealing displays
Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and processing payments accurately
Familiarity with grocery store or retail environments is advantageous for understanding fast-paced customer service dynamics
