Responsibilities

Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems with speed and accuracyMaintain and update existing records while ensuring data integrity and confidentialityUtilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting purposesPerform data collection tasks from multiple sources, verifying information for accuracyOrganize files and documents systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and audit readinessConduct basic data analysis using Excel functions to identify discrepancies or trendsHandle sensitive customer information with discretion, adhering to privacy policiesRequirements

Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or related roles demonstrating strong organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and word processing tasksFamiliarity with database systems, ERP software, and spreadsheets is essentialExcellent typing skills with a minimum of 10 key typing speed for efficient data inputStrong computer skills including familiarity with productivity software and technical proficiency in handling various digital toolsAbility to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlinesBasic math skills for verifying numerical data and performing simple calculationsPrior experience in customer service or office environments is preferred but not requiredJoin us as a Data Entry Agent to play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and security of our vital information.
