At The Collective Salon our goal is to develop meaningful relationships while assessing our clients' needs and creating suitable, customized services. We also find great value in educating our clients in the practical benefits of haircare and personalized styling techniques. Staff Qualifications: At our salon we require that each staff member maintain a current, valid license in Cosmology and/or Barbering, as well as prioritizing the following: - Excellent communication and meaningful interaction with clients and staff - Listening to clients' needs and adapting haircare and other services accordingly - Being supportive and encouraging to other staff members - Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace
