**Clinic and Classroom Learning Leader Role**

Classroom and clinic Learning Leaders plan and facilitate classes from a accredited and approved curriculum specific to Paul Mitchell Schools. The objective is to meet graduation requirements for hands on and theoretical knowledge in a fun and engaging classroom and clinic classroom. Our school plans classes that cater to all multiple intelligences and learning styles.

**What We Are Looking For:**

The ideal candidate will have successful previous teaching experience (but not mandatory) and strong leadership skills. He or she must be self-motivated to meet goals, as well as inspire, inspect, and coach team members in all clinic floor systems including up-selling, rebooking, and guest service systems. This position requires experience in positive and effective communication, customer service resolution and teamwork. Must be able to think on their feet and problem solve in a fast paced environment and multi task.

**Skills/Competencies Required:**

* Experience instructing at a cosmetology school or adequate experience in the industry
* Current Utah state cosmetology license.
* Current Utah Instructor license.
* Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
* Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
* Solid work history with verifiable references
* Passion for the beauty industry
* Honesty and professionalism
* Knowledge in Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred
