Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Cosmetology Instructor role based in Huntington, WV. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, demonstrating techniques, supervising student practice, and evaluating student performance. The instructor will support learners with constructive feedback, maintain a safe and clean learning environment, and model professional conduct and customer service standards. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Cosmetology and Hair Care, with up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and trends.Experience in Cosmetology Education and Teaching, including lesson planning and skills-based instruction.Current cosmetology license in the relevant state (or eligibility to obtain), with prior salon or instructional experience preferred.Ability to communicate clearly, mentor diverse learners, and maintain a supportive, inclusive classroom environment.Organizational skills to manage multiple classes, student records, and compliance with school and licensing requirements.Comfort working on-site in Huntington, WV, with a commitment to punctuality and reliability in a part-time schedule.
