Job Overview

We’re a French-European luxury hair and nail salon, and we’d love to have you on our team.

How you’re paid

Your pay is commission plus tips, paid every pay period.
You keep all of your tips.
Cuts and styling, color, and retail are tracked together, and your tier resets at the start of each pay period.

Commission

Your cuts and styling and your color production are added together. The more you produce in a pay period, the higher your commission rate on cuts and styling.
Retail commission is tiered too. The more product you sell, the higher your rate climbs, across three levels: Base, Elevate, and Elite.
Production means services you perform and retail you sell, after discounts and refunds, and not counting tips or sales tax.

Employment

You’re a W-2 employee, with taxes and required withholdings taken from your pay.
Paid vacation is available after your first year.

Experience

Experience working in the beauty industry and a background

in cosmetology are important for this role.

Bring strong customer service, communication, and client communication skills.
Demonstrate practical knowledge of hair care, hair styling, hair coloring, and color theory.
Experience with hair extensions, makeup application, barbering, or a straight razor is useful; relevant skills may vary by service offered.
