The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology and providing exceptional hair services to our clients. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, color treatments, and styling services while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Offer advice on hair care products and techniques.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment.
Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and handling payments.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and beauty techniques.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
Skills
Valid cosmetology license with proven experience as a Hair Stylist.
Proficiency in various hairstyling techniques including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
