- Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Perform hair treatments such as deep conditioning and scalp massages
- Stay up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate styles
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Sanitize tools and equipment regularly
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with services
- Offer additional services such as eyelash extensions or straight razor shaves (if applicable)
- Assist with retail sales of hair care products
- Utilize salon software (e.g., MINDBODY) for appointment scheduling and client management

Experience:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Hair Stylist
- Proficiency in a wide range of hair styling techniques and services
- Strong knowledge of hair care products and their uses
- Experience with front desk duties in a salon setting (e.g., answering phone calls, booking appointments)
- Mentoring or training experience is a plus

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Knowledge and experience in eyelash extensions (if applicable)
- Familiarity with salon software (e.g., MINDBODY) for appointment scheduling and client management
- Ability to perform retail sales and promote hair care products to clients
- Proficiency in using straight razors for shaving (if applicable)
