The ideal Cosmetologist for Bear Creek is a guest service focused individual with the ability to help create a positive, memorable experience for our guests. The successful team member will be able to work with their team as well as individually, have good communication skills, be detail oriented and foster the Bear Creek culture by focusing on our guests. This position will be an important member of The Spa team, contributing to the guest experience by providing professional services for scheduled appointments.WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOUProvide services to guestsPerform hair removal and provide nail and skin care servicesClean, shape, polish or decorate customers' fingernails and toenailsBe prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allottedProvide consistent professional nail and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practicesProperly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controlsComplete end of shift inventory and restock all necessary products, notify management of low stock levelsHave complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areasActively promote home care programs and products, meeting minimum retail sales goalsUphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and proceduresPerform prep work and properly clean and restock room/cart as requiredCommunicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attentionActively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts availableEnsure unresolved incidents are reported to Manager/SupervisorWHAT WE EXPECT FROM ALL BCMR TEAM MEMBERSAcknowledge all guests and respond promptly to their needs, however busy and whatever time of day.
