The Role

We’re looking for a talented Barber or Stylist who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You’ll spend your time doing what you do best — delivering great haircuts, connecting with clients, and helping create a positive shop atmosphere.

What You’ll Do

Behind the Chair

Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims, and shavesProvide strong consultations and excellent client serviceMaintain a clean, organized, professional workstationBuild relationships that drive repeat business and referralsStay on schedule and respect client time

Team Contribution

Show up on time and ready to workSupport a positive, respectful team environmentFollow Diesel service standards and shop proceduresHelp keep the shop clean and running smoothly

Licensed Barber or Cosmetologist (Texas)Strong technical skills with men’s cuts, fades, and detailingProfessional, reliable, and team-orientedComfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentFlexible availability, including nights and weekendsSomeone clients trust and teammates enjoy working with

What This Role Is Not

Not booth rentalNot a management position (but there is room for growth if you're interested!)No scheduling, hiring, or admin responsibilities — your focus is on cutting and client experience
