Cosmetologist Hair Stylist

## Join Over 3,000 Hair Stylists at Drybar

At Drybar, our philosophy is simple: focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us, that's blowouts. No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. We're the coolest place to grow your career in the beauty industry, offering a fun, fast-paced, and team-focused environment where we only hire hair stylists and cosmetologists with great attitudes, energy, and amazing skills to match.

## What You'll Be Doing

As a Drybar hair stylist, you'll perform amazing blowouts on our clients using the Drybar Anatomy of a Blowout technique. We expect you to provide an over-the-top client experience that keeps them coming back. You'll also sell products, tools, and memberships—it's easy because our clients love us! Beyond styling, you'll participate in shop duties including laundry, sweeping, dusting, and general shop cleaning.

## What We're Looking For

You must have a valid cosmetology license in the state of Idaho. We also accept applications from those currently attending cosmetology school. If you're coming from a full-service hair salon, barber shop, or spa background, that's great too—we complement those environments perfectly.

Beyond credentials, we need someone with a strong desire to meet and exceed team and individual sales goals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You should be able to take feedback and implement it constructively. Availability is important: you must be able to work Saturdays.

## Compensation and Benefits

You'll earn hourly wages, tips, and commissions, averaging $22-$30+ per hour with all combined. Beyond your base compensation, you'll receive paid training in blowout, braid, and updo techniques. There are genuine opportunities to grow through management and education career paths—in fact, 90% of our leadership roles are filled with internal promotions.

You'll enjoy a set schedule, a fun dress code (black, white, grey, yellow, and denim—that's it), and an amazing, family-feel shop culture. This is a position in Boise, Idaho, located at 1188 W. Grove Street, Boise, ID 83702.
