As a key team member, you’ll also engage in retail sales, upselling products, and providing top-tier customer service to ensure a memorable salon experience. Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, with precision and creativity Provide expert consultations on hair care routines, color options, and styling techniques based on client needs and preferences Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene following salon protocols for tools, equipment, and workstations Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently Assist clients with retail product recommendations and upselling to enhance their salon experience Support store management by helping with front desk duties, mentoring new team members, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
