Has a preferred minimum of 1 year experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist trainer or educator in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment (but don’t let that deter you if you know this is the job for you!) Holds a current and valid state Cosmetology license Has strong organizational skills and can drive a very positive, learning and development focused culture Is able to communicate in the best and worst situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for all Has a proven track record of stellar customer service - customers love you! Facilitate training to maintain consistent and effective training for all shop team members while keeping in accordance with what is outlined in the Drybar standards. Confirm that all training is conducted in a timely manner of 3 days for all new hires and 1-2 days for rehires and/or depending on the needs of Responsible for providing sales and training feedback, education results and other metrics to gauge effectiveness of training to management.
