As a Cosmetologist Hair Stylist, you’ll help clients look and feel their best through thoughtful consultations and skilled hair care. You’ll recommend styles and services that fit each client’s preferences, explain options clearly, and create a welcoming salon experience. Duties
Consult with clients about hair goals, assess their needs, and communicate service recommendationsProvide hair styling, and coloring servicesApply cosmetology and color theory knowledge to select techniques and products suited to each clientMaintain clean tools and work areas, follow sanitation practices, and use salon software such as Boulevard to manage appointments and client recordsSupport retail sales through relevant product recommendations and upselling; assist with store management, retail math, and mentoring when neededQualifications
Cosmetology training and any license required for the services performed under applicable local regulationsExperience working in the beauty industry, with hands-on knowledge of hair care, hair styling, and hair coloringStrong customer service, communication, and client communication skillsPay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
