## Overview

Start your Cosmetology or Hair Styling career with Drybar now! We are looking for ah-may-zing Cosmetologists to join our growing team. If you have a great attitude, are energetic, coachable, and of course, amazing hair styling skills to match; then Drybar is the place for you. Available shifts Monday

- Saturday 1:30pm - 7:00pm. A rotating Sunday is mandatory. No mid-shifts are available.

Our top performing stylists earn on average $21-$29 per hour ($12.00/hr base pay + commission + tips). We provide opportunities for career growth, steady walk-in clientele, and paid training in blowouts, braids, and updos. There is a fun, family-feel shop culture, flexible schedules that are set, and a retail products discount.

### What you'll do day-to-day

You will consistently perform ah-may-zing blowouts and deliver an over-the-top client experience. Part of keeping the shop fresh is helping with light shop upkeep such as dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, and re-stocking product shelves. You will also sell products, tools, and memberships and attend scheduled meetings as required.

### Who we're looking for

A polished, team-minded stylist who wants to provide ah-may-zing styling and finishing skills with exceptional customer service. Effective communication and the ability to work with and be a part of a team are important. We dress in our Drybar colors: black, white, grey, yellow, and denim.

Valid cosmetology license for Louisiana is required. Hey cosmetology students!! We also accept applications from those attending cosmetology school (must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist).
