Cosmetologist Hair Stylist

Overview

Sonrisa Salon & Day Spa is looking to expand our team of stylists! We are seeking a seasoned stylist who is confident in their skills, passionate about their craft, and enjoys being part of a team.

We are a commission-based salon offering a generous 50% commission, giving our stylists the opportunity to earn while focusing on what they do best. Your styling products, shampoos, treatments, retail, laundry, scheduling, and booking are all handled by the salon. This allows you to focus on creating beautiful hair and building lasting relationships with your clients, while leaving work at work

You get to focus on being a stylist and creating an exceptional experience for your clients. In other words, you can leave work at work.

Our ideal stylist has at least one year of experience in the industry, is confident in their color and cutting skills, and understands the importance of creating an exceptional client experience. We value stylists who are personable, professional, reliable, and naturally build strong relationships with their clientele

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience behind the chair
Is confident in color services and cutting techniques
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoys building lasting relationships with clients
Is motivated to continue learning and growing professionally
Works well within a team and contributes to a positive salon culture
Is dependable, professional, and committed to providing an excellent client experience
Established clientele is a plus

Pay: $26.09 - $31.42 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
